BCI Custom Homes began in 1948 as Buchanan Construction, and second-generation owner Tommy Lipe has grown it as a family business over the past 30 years from its office on Thiessen Street in Boerne.
Their portfolio runs from Kerrville ranch homes to a Boot Ranch home and a Stonewall farmhouse: stone and stucco walls, black metal roofs, vaulted cedar gables, cypress front doors and covered porches with stained ceilings.
