Ten minutes from downtown Wickenburg, the town that calls itself the Team Roping Capital of the World, Stutts Ranch is a working roping and guest ranch on 23± acres. Four adobe casitas, built new in 2020 under one roof, total 2,625 square feet with a 1,933 square foot wrap-around porch, and each has its own bedroom and bath.
The horse side is built for serious ropers: a 150’ x 280’ pipe roping arena, 42 covered stalls (15’ x 20’), four large turnouts, steer pens, an automatic horse walker and covered hay storage. A clubhouse with a recreation room and RV hookups round out the operation.
The ranch spans three parcels, and a separate 15-acre parcel east of the facilities could be the site of an owner’s home. A private well feeds a 10,000-gallon underground storage tank, and the major roping, breakaway and barrel racing venues around Wickenburg are minutes away.
