Fishcamp Custom builds in Paradise Valley, between the Absaroka and Gallatin ranges, and runs a showroom and design center on Highway 89 just south of Livingston. Founder Jody Marler moved to rural Montana custom homes in 2011 after a career in larger-scale construction around Chicago.
The firm’s homes mix traditional Western architecture with reclaimed beams, barnwood, cut-log walls and steel, and many were designed with architect Carita Adams. Projects include the Mill Creek house and Buffalo Ranch, which faces Emigrant Peak.
