“From dirt to done” is how Kris Lunsford describes KL Concrete & Construction, and it’s literal.
Since 2005, the Springtown company has handled the whole job: site work, concrete, the metal frame and the finished home inside it.
Their barndominiums pair a metal frame with wood-framed interiors, white siding, black windows, timber posts and deep covered porches.
Still dreaming? KL shares six barndo floor plans (Cypress, Mesquite, Shotgun, Sunset, Sycamore and Walnut), a 3D building designer, and a financing partner to start the money conversation.
Serving: Wise, Parker, Tarrant, Montague, Jack, Palo Pinto, Dallas and Hood counties
Specialties: Turnkey barndominiums, custom homes, metal buildings, concrete and site work, floor plans
