Some builders arrive in a mountain town. Others help build it.
Fox Construction has been a family-owned builder in Steamboat Springs since 1980. In more than four decades it has built over 100 homes across Colorado, along with some of Steamboat’s best-known public buildings.
Its work spans the full range of Routt County living, from North Routt ranch homes and a rustic horse ranch to log escapes and timber lodges, along with remodels across the Yampa Valley. The firm describes its approach as traditional craftsmanship combined with modern building methods.
Specialties: Custom homes, ranch homes, log and timber homes, remodels
